America has been documented as the country with the largest number of international students and that continues to grow.  In fact, students are coming at a much younger age and require a guardian to take care of them during their stay.  These students are matched with a host family and from there they learn new things every day.  Helen has been staying with the Knudsen’s for over a year now and she is like a second daughter to them.  However, it wasn’t always like that.  It took time and effort to create such a close-knit bond between her and the family.
