As the holidays are coming up quick, and there isn’t much to do this year because of the pandemic, it is easy to just turn on your favorite holiday episodes and rewatch them for the billionth time. And we all love the holiday episodes for ‘Friends.’
I have been a huge ‘Friends’ fan practically my whole life… and it has been around longer than I have been alive! I honestly could recite all of the the episodes almost word for word.
Lets look too see which ones are the best ones, starting with the top 5 favorite episodes!
5. Season 5, Episode 8: “The One With All the Thanksgivings”
This episode is more of a flash back episode. When Monica was still fat, Rachel hadn’t got her nose job yet, and Ross and Chandler were roommates in college. It is always good to watch the flash back episodes, because it makes us all realize how relatable these characters are.
4. Season 6, Episode 9: “The One Where Ross Got High”
I recently just rewatched this episode and it was like watching it for the first time. Towards the end, it is just Ross and Monica telling on each other for silly things they did when they were younger. When they ran out of things to say, they bashed each other more with recent events and bashing on your friends! It is always hilarious to watch Monica and Ross fight because we love that sibling rivalry!
3. Season 9, Episode 8: “The One With Rachel’s Other Sister”
Having guests appear on the show is always a treat! In this episode Christina Applegate, who plays Rachel’s sister pops on. When it is a sibling, they always cause tension. Whether they are bickering, or are happy to see each other, something always happens. While Joey is watching the Thanksgiving Day Parade, he realizes that he was supposed to be on Days Of Our Lives, what a sad day for him hahaha!
2. Season 3, Episode 9: “The One With the Football”
We all love a good game with the family, whether it is a football, baseball, or maybe even fun board games. The holidays are always fun because we spend time with our family, or be like Monica and just get really competitive. Her and Ross once again bring out their sibling rivalry for a good game of touch football. It was only supposed to be a little game before dinner, and it turned into everyone knowing why Monica and Ross weren’t allowed to play any longer.
- Season 8, Episode 9: “The One With the Rumor”
I think one has to be my favorite episode.. because Brad Pitt was in it! At the time this episode premiered, Jennifer Aniston was married to Brad Pitt. And in the episode Brad’s character, Will Colbert HATED Rachel, and when I mean hated, I mean truly hated. In high school, Will had an “I Hate Rachel” Club and Ross was the founder!
